Library Offers New Service For Students

The Franklin University Library will now be offering Chat Reference services to all students. Chat Reference is a live but virtual chat between a student and a librarian

The service is offered with our partners at Ohiolink, Ohio's premier library consortium of over 80 public and private colleges and universities. Franklin University librarians will be available for chat reference every Tuesday and Thursday from 2-4 p.m.(EST). Franklin students can also chat with other Ohio librarians seven days a week.
